Roads Committee

The mission of the POA Roads Committee is to oversee the maintenance and repair of the Point Aquarius roads, curbs and parking lots.

Description and Activities

Our community road system is a privately owned collection of concrete and asphalt roadways.

Managing over 20 miles of our community is the single biggest annual expense in the POA budget. Every year there is an assessment of those areas that are in immediate need of repair and a priority list is developed based on the available to complete the work.
